Minutes for Alpha Phi Omega, Epsilon Sigma Chapter, September 2, 1999
The meeting was called to order at 9:17 PM by Connie Harding,
President.
In attendance were: Connie Harding, Fran Cirulli, Brian Gerard,
Binu Paulose, Dan Sicilano, Philip Chiapone, Ellysa Pohl, David Howe,
Brian Barrows, Harry Gill, Kim Jetty, Jen Mclaughlin, Joe Chen, Allison
Jones, Paul Dontenville, Neil Wolfson, Jessica Herbrand, Dayna Hutzler,
Erickson Marques, Tom Downes, Craig Better, Carlo Setteneri, Peri Nelson,
Mike Bass, Evan Boardman, Jerry Gall, Miriam Epstein,Samual Brett, Todd
Vaarwerk, and Beto Lucas.
President's report: Connie has reported that since she is on
accademic probation, she is unable to act as president this semester. She
has asked for an emergency election to fill the vacency. The nominations
for the post will be opened at our schedled GBM, on Monday at 7:00 PM.
they will be reopened at our GBM, September 12, at which time the election
will occur. Connie has expressed deep regret to the brotherhood for being
unable to serve.
No old or new business was discussed
Reminders were made to all to use the proper chain of command in
case of problems, and to avoid adding to the rumor-tree.
Alison, a new transfer from Plattsburg, was introduced to the
chapter.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 PM.
