The extreme gun control position IS debateable.  The value of people
getting shot vs. having other violence inflicted upon them (in Northern
Ireland, this traditionally takes the form of explosives---as guns are
illegal) is quite subjective.  This value judgement is something that
the chapter shouldn't influence.
