Brothers,
I remembered that the message which started this thread carried with it =
the subject line, "Auto Response." My presumption here is that the =
sender hadn't intentionally sent the the message to the list, but his =
mail program did (who else uses rules for mail? Raise your hands!) :-)
At any rate, the original posting to this list may have indeed been =
unintentional, and while that may or may not have any bearing an a legal =
context, Brother Schroeder was quite right to send us a friendly =
reminder about such messages.
I'm guessing the whole thing was an oversight.
