To all petitioning chapters and alumni associations who wish to file a
petition this Sept. 4 (2nd NEB Meeting) at the New National Office. Please
prepare the requirements below.
Requirements of Petitioning Collegiate Group
1.0 Application/Notice
1.1 Letter of Petition
1.2 List of Petitioners
1.3 List of Adviserrs
a. Faculty of Alumni Advisers
b. Local Scouting Advisers
c. Any civic or religious organization (optional)
2.0 History
2.1 Chronological History of the petitioning chapter from founding date
up to the time of application.
2.2 List of 15 charter members
2.3 List of Fouders/Organizers and must be:
a. Cardholder of any recognized chapter
b. Bonafide student, member of the faculty, staff or any employee
the University.
2.4 Must have undergone chapter organization training/seminar workshops
2.5 Attached authority from RDC/indorsements.
3.0 Organization
3.1 List of present Chapter Officers
3.2 Roster of membership by batches
3.3 At least one year existence in college/University
4.0 Finance
4.1 Payment of P1,500.00 for chater fee
4.2 Active membership fee for at least 15 members
4.3 Financial Statements
4.4 Bank Book (photocopy)
5.0 Article of Association
6.0 List of at least five service projects which have been acccomplished
(with supporting documents.)
7.0 Two-year development program
Requirement for Petitioning Alumni Chapter
1.0 Application/Petition
1.1 Letter of Petition
1.2 Petition Letter of 10 chartered members (with ID)
1.3 Indorsements
a. Local Officials/chapter etc.
b. RDD/ADD
1.4 Article of Association
2.0 History
2.1 Founding/Organization (at least 6 months existence)
2.2 Activeities
3.0 Organization
3.1 Set of Officers
3.2 List of members (at lesst 15 required) with name, addtess, chapter etc.
4.0 Finance
4.1 Payment of Fees- P3,000 for charter fee
4.2 Financial Statements
4.3 Bank book
5.0 Development Plan
5.1 Two-year Development Plan/Action
NOTE: 1. All documents shall be submitted in a hardbound with blue cover.
2. Presentors should be in formal attire.
