Announcing a road-trip of epic proportion...
From Independence Hall to Independence Missouri!
"Roadtrip '99 --> Section Staff Challenge"
Due to circumstances beyond our control, a group of us from
Philadelphia have decided to drive to this year's SRW
(August 13th - 15th). We hope to be leaving Philadelphia early on the
12th and arrive early on Friday. Although my car can only hold
four people comfortably ... I am looking for people who might like
to meet up and drive out there. In fact, you can start wherever you
are from . . . e-mail me at hweiss@christianacare.org if you are
interested in this "extended" spontaneous fellowship event.
On a second note, if you are attending the SRW and you live in
Ohio, Indiana, Missouri and have "bumper stickers" from the state . . .
We'd be interested in them...
Thirdly, if you are not attending the SRW ... why not? Its the best
event to learn about being a staffer, advisor, or coordinator. I went
last year and thought it was great... come to the SRW and find out for
yourself
Fourthly, I hope all of you are enjoying the hot summer ...
when its this hot, I tend to wish for some snow...
