this is why, you employ people like me, Software QA professionals. We go
through do a thorough unit and integration test, and then a system test
to find your bugs and usability issues BEFORE your users do. Sounds to me
like WOW spun a web page, and didn't do any User Acceptance Testing before
they stuck it out to meet a June 30th deadline. (never mind QA or they would
have found the JDK 1.1.7 issues)

First they need to announce it and tell us who to talk to... right now we
are in the grey area of speculation... with conspiracy theorists running
around pointing fingers at each other... Ellen's right, we do need to chill
as it's going to take a while for the board gears to spin into action,
evaluate, formulate, and put out a response.
