The National Office is aware of what is being discussed.

Now, I know everyone wants instantaneous responses and that tendency has
only gotten worse with email. Some people start complaining that they're
being ignored if they don't get an answer after 3 hours. (Fortunately, I
haven't seen that here, but we do get that at work). Surprise, not everyone
reads everything every day. Sometimes they even do really radical things
like take vacations. Even when a person does read their email daily or even
hourly, it make take time to look into a situation or develop a response or
your urgent action item just isn't that urgent in the large scheme of the
recipients work flow.

My advice is chill a little. This issue is under a week old.
