It appears that we are. However, my hope is that we aren't be paying

the site is the registration of the domain name. aposection48.org is
hosted completely free-of-charge on Dave's World, a subsidiary of Rocky
Mountain Internet. Moreover, this is a full-service provider (CGI,
database, FrontPage..for those that like FrontPage, etc.). Our only
charges relate to keeping the name registered with InterNIC.
