First, I agree with the other comments that the page is very
nice aesthetically. I think it will give an excellent first
impression to anyone thinking about pledging APO. But...

In APO's case, though, our audience is mostly college students who
have access to fast connections, either in on-campus labs or through
ethernet in their dorm rooms. So page weight isn't as big of a concern
for us as it would be for other websites.

You're a user, and that's why the whole thing exists.
Are we paying for this page or did WOW donate their services?
With the talent pool available to APO, there's *no* reason for
us to pay for page design.
