Greetings, Brothers!

The school year is wrapping up, but the summer and our 1999 Chapter
Program Workshops (CPWs) are just around the corner! For those
of you who may have thought it was too late to register for one of
this year's CPWs, I have great news:

It's almost never too late to sign up!
(But we want you to sign up as early as possible...)

Let me explain: As long as we have enough people registered to
make it worthwhile to bring in a staff and resources for a CPW
weekend, we'll even take registrations right up until the the
time of the CPW itself. BUT - if we don't have enough Brothers
signed up to participate by the time we get within a few weeks
of the CPW, we have to consider canceling it. And we have to do
that far enough in advance to get the word out to all of those who
did register for weekend and for the volunteer staff (especially
those coming from great distances) to cancel their travel plans.
We hate to cancel any CPW, but sometimes it does happen.

So - please sign up as soon as you know you can come!

Now, some of the details for those who haven't heard them
before....

1999 CPWs are scheduled for the following dates and locations:

   6/18-20 Winston-Salem, NC
            Fort Worth, TX

   6/25-27 Stillwater, OK

   7/16-18 New Brunswick, NJ
            Toledo, OH
            Fairfax, VA

   7/23-25 Orono, ME
            Atlanta, GA
            Cedar Falls, IA

   7/30-8/1 Ithaca, NY
             Charleston, IL

(You can attend any CPW which is convenient to where you'll be this
summer, whether or not it is in the same region as your chapter.)

And don't forget, the price is about as good as you can get -- $40,
no matter which CPW you attend. That price includes materials, two
nights lodging and five meals (three on Saturday, two on Sunday).

To register, use the registration form that was sent to your chapter
or download an electronic copy from the National Office web page:

                http://www.apo.org/struct/national/office/

If you have any questions regarding registration for this summer's
Chapter Program Workshops, contact Susan Harris (apoadmin@aol.com)
at the National Office.

Note: An erroneous line on the registration form previously
distributed by the National Office asked you to send your
registration no later than May 1. That was meant to encourage
timely registration, but unfortunately many took it to be a
deadline. As stated above, there is NO deadline, so please
register if, and as soon as, you know that you can attend!
