something for pledges

hello brothers -
i was wondering if anyone had any ideas for something to give to all the
pledges at initiation, not only to reward them for getting through a
rough semester but to welcome them to the fraternity. i was thinking
maybe something engraved for each one or something. i was looking to spend
maybe about $5-7 each (or more if it's worth it, but whatever i spend will
be out of pocket). letters are kinda out of the picture and the greek
store we have here doesn't have much. if any of you have ideas or
suggestions, i would really appreciate it.
oh and p.s. there will hopefully be 14 of them initiating.
