Hi everybody:

I was just informed last night that I could send out information in
regards to Epsilon Sigma's 10/50 Anniversary Weekend.

This is from our mailing to our alumni, with some edits here and there to
keep length down a bit.

Epsilon Sigma's 10/50th Anniversary Weekend

What many of you have been waiting for... information and prices for the
weekend extravaganza...

We have tried to plan events which we thought would allow the most
interaction between everyone. Everything is optional, so feel free to
choose from the activities that are listed below.

Friday, April 30th
------------------
Rededication Ceremony -
We are aware that many of our alumni would have liked to attend our
Initiation Ceremony, but we came up with a different idea for Friday
night. We plan to host some type of ceremony where we would rededicate the
chapter, with the involvement of alumni. We hope to include photos,
memorabilia, and we have ordered pins which are specifically for this
event. The price of the pin is $2.50. If you would like to purchase one,
please fill it in the area on the registration form.

Moonlight Bowling -
We are looking into doing Moonlight Bowling at a local bowling alley after
the ceremony. This is one of our chapter's traditional fellowship events
and we wanted to offer it as an option as well :)

Saturday, May 1st
-----------------
Service -
Our VPS is planning some service projects for Saturday morning. There is
no cost to participate in these projects. We will be meeting in front of
the Student Union at a time to be determined. Come to the informational
table in the Student Union starting at 8:30 AM for further information.
Everyone is welcome to participate.

Picnic -
There will be an informal picnic taking place, starting at 12:30 pm. The
tentative location is at Ellicott Creek Park. The directions will be
available at the information table at the Student Union. Bring along any
sports equipment, food and picnic equipment you might have. The cost for
this will be minimal, but has not yet been determined.

Banquet -
This will begin at 6:30 pm and will continue until midnight. There is a
buffet (menu below) as well as dancing, a short program, and other events.
The prices for this are also listed below. Please send in your
registration as soon as possible as we only have enough seating for 250
people maximum. Glassware will be included as part of the banquet fee.

The Holiday Inn is located at 1881 Niagara Falls Blvd, Amherst, NY.

Sunday, May 2nd
---------------
- Brunch
This is the final event of the weekend. We will be hosting a brunch for
everyone who would like to attend. This will take place in the Student
Union from 10:00 AM - Noon, so feel free to stop by before you return
home. Stop by the information table in the Student Union for the location.

Banquet Menu
------------

. Tossed Garden Salad with Dressing
. Seasonal Vegetable Medley
. Carved Roast Top Sirloin of Beef
