We definitely DO NOT want to make a statement.  Not
only is it against policy to make political
statements, but it would be somewhat dangerous when
you consider that one of our own brothers is the
commander in chief of one of the more powerful NATO
allies.  Especially when the Serbians are referring to
him as, "Adolph Clinton," we don't want to put APO
necessarily in that frame of reference.

It is, however, fully within our cardinal principles
and our areas of service, to support the President and
support the troops that are stationed overseas
(service to the nation).  And I think it would
definitely be a good idea to find service projects
that would assist other organizations such as the
American or International Red Cross in the relief of
the Albanian Refugees.  We may consider donations such
as food, clothing, etc,... however I think fundraisers
may be more in line with this conflict here.  We need
to see what they need.
