Close enough. CSU-MB is currently one of the two newest campuses of Cal
State, the other is Cal State Maritime which was its own independent
school for about the last 65 years prior to the move over in 1995. SU-MB
is on PART of the site of the former Fort Ord. Fort Ord was used up until
about 1994 when it was closed. The cal state system will probably open Cal
State Channel Islands in the 2000-2001 school year from what I've read.

Not at this time. CSUM while new, doesn't strike me as enough of a
specialty campus that it would have problems with Alpha Phi omega there.

That would be the way that I'd do it since I'm not sure what section it
would be in(1,2 or 4). If on the other hand, the section was obvious (like
say University of Alaska - Anchorage), I'd start with
http://www.apo.org/struct/sections.html or even
http://www.apo.org/struct/r11/s08.html
