Go do your post office distribution center ...
Generally, you pay for the license to do bulk mailing. Bring
documentations indicating that you're a non-profit organization.
As non-profit, you get a general cheaper rate however your mailing will
got as "3rd class" mail which will generally take about 7-10 business days
for mail to arrive.
Again, you pay for the permit number and then you when you want to mail,
sort your mailing according to the rules and regulations of sorting mail
else they will charge you extra for sorting your mail or they can simply
refuse it. After it's all done and weighed, they will give you the final
cost which you then pay either there or the front desk. It's the initial
fees and costs that will be heavy ... after that...
