Although impeachment/ removal from office is an option, make sure that
it is not an easy procedure that can easily be thrown around by the
chapter.

I would suggest a special meeting of the Executive Committee with
advisors and section and or region staff present. Depending upon the
size of the chapter, it may get out of hand if your chapter is larger
than 20 members, that is why I would suggest just the exec committee
present.

Two of the chapters that I had in Section 91 had an extensive removal
process. The officers had to first be censured before a motion to
remove could be introduced. Censure put the officers on alert. If they
did not change their actions a motion to impeach and removed could be
made (a couple of other things are needed, but this is the long and
short.) and a vote to remove must include 75% of the chapter in order to
be carried out.

If you need any other details please contact me privately.
