Dear All,
As a founding brother to my chapter at Nova (ADT) in Section 74
Region 4, I would think it would be appropriate to start proceedings under
your Chapter by-laws and National by-laws and rules to remove brothers
who are not complying with the rules and regulations set forth by the
National Office and your Chapter and University. The Risk Management
policies are there to protect APO from lawsuits and keep the chapters from
losing their charters and/or having them suspended by the National Office.
I hope this helps. If you have any questions contact your advisors and
your Region and Sectional Chairs, this is why we have them, to advise us
what to do in such events.
