Brothers,

As the subject line says, I have two questions for you all (one is for me
in my new role as Service VP, the other is for our Pledge Educator here at
Zeta). First, the one about the pledge program. We are trying to set up a
more permanent structure for our pledge program here at Stanford, and, as a
part of that, we would like to set up some type of permanent schedule for
the pledge period (sort of like an APO Pledge Syllabus). If any chapters
out there have something similar, we would really love it if you could send
us a copy (my E-mail is cstrombe@stanford.edu).

The second question is about UGLY. I transferred here from a different
chapter and, in the process of discussing UGLY, we found that we did this
project in ENTIRELY different ways. This question is two part. First of
all, is there a "right" way to do UGLY (like, a way suggested by
nationals), and second, how do all of your chapters run it (if you do run
UGLY). Again, you can respond to me individually, if you would like (my
E-mail is cstrombe@stanford.edu, in case you forgot).

Thanks in advance to all who respond to this.
