Do other Sections have criteria and guidelines for giving out a Sectional
DSK? If so what are they, and how is the info concerning the criteria
distributed? Who nominates the candidates, and who decides to give them out?
Do the students nominate and vote on someone, or does the Section Chair have
free reign? Any other Sections, or Regions for that matter, who have
guidelines, can you fill us in?
