to my knowledge, Rho Chi has only give out 1 in its 30 yr history. we
decided behind this brother's back to make it a surprise for her, and
presented it at the Section 62/64 Conference that we hosted in '97. Nicole
helped bring Rho Chi back from the brink of going inactive for the second
time. we all looked up to her as a Brother whose life was founded on the 3
Principles, and yet more.
