From what I remember I agree with Ellen, I wasn't that impressed with the
one at Cherry Hill.
What the Fraternity may want to go to is two different ritual books. One
for the "Common" rituals (Rituals that you would expect most chapters to
use on a semesterly (or quarterly) basis) and one for "uncommon" rituals.
[I'm not too attached to the terms common and uncommon, if someone has a
better suggestion I'll take it.
In the "Common" book.
Pledging Ceremony
Brotherhood Ceremony (aka Inititation)
Installation of officers
Meeting Opening
Meeting Closing
In the "Uncommon" book.
Memorial Ceremony (aka Funeral)
Rededication Ceremony
Petitioning group Ceremony
Brotherhood Ceremony (Chartering Version)
Lee Correll spent a great deal of time before and at the Chartering at
Johns Hopkins adjusting the Brotherhood ceremony so that it was clearer in
the circumstance where Brothers are brought in my the Chartering team.
Examples include
In place of "Our Historian shall now read..." , "_____ from ____ chapter
shall now read..." and
In place of "Our Chapter", "This Chapter"
Etc.
