To begin, let me apologize for the cross-posting, but we need to get the
word out as much as possible!
This year's Section 2 Conference is being hosted in Flagstaff, Arizona
by the Alpha Delta Rho Chapter at Northern Arizona University! Everyone
is invited to attend including chapters, alumni, staff (hint, hint!) and
anyone else who may be interested.
This year's theme is "Service at 7000 feet", and it is sure to be an
absolute blast! Here's what's going on so far:
- Activation of Alpha Delta Rho's Spring '99 Pledge Class
- Fun & Informative Workshops
- The 2nd Annual Miss APhiO Contest
- A Kickin' Country Dance Night
- ...and much more!
OK, so when is it you ask? Well here are the facts:
- April 9-11, 1999 on the Campus of Northern Arizona University
- Estimated cost as of today: Approx. $30 (this could change
depending upon how many people are interested in attending.)
- We are working on getting lodging taken care of, but please make
note that NAU is a mostly residential campus, so most of our brothers
live in dormitories! But, I'm sure there will be plenty of floor
space!
If you have already received an interest form in the mail, please send
it back TODAY! If you have not received anything in the mail regarding
this conference and you or your chapter are interested in attending,
please send an e-mail to me and include the following information.
Remember, this is for interest ONLY, so there is no commitment at this
point!
1. Chapter Designation (or staff position, etc.)
2. Chapter Location (city/state)
3. Number of people interested in attending
4. How will you most likely be traveling to Flagstaff?
***We have service from Greyhound, Amtrak, America West
Airlines, and of course Interstates 17 and 40 run through
Flagstaff, so you can always do the good 'ol "ROAD TRIP!!!"
5. Any other suggestions or comments you may have as far as
what workshops are offered at this conference.
