What I meant by Sectional Liason would be the Section staff that is
assigned to an individual chapter
i.e. Nadine Kadell Sapirman Delta Rho-Rutgers
the reasoning for the advisors or section liason would be that they
would have a greater understanding of the circumstances, and perhaps they
were around when the "problem" first began, thus possibly having better
advice to give to the chapter. could also be changed to Liason/Chair if
the chapter at the time does not have a Liason.
