I know you sent a message apologizing for sending the other message
to the APO list. I just wanted to note one other significant problem
with that message. There is no date on it. The message about the
problems American Airlines is having does not say when this happened.
Was it last month? Six months ago? Two years? Five years ago?
If it happened a long time ago, then it is no longer relevant. Messages
like this without dates often end up becoming never-ending chain letters,
with people forwarding them not knowing that things were resolved years
before. The letter about Craig Shergold is still circulating even though
his cancer was cured almost ten years ago.
