When we had summer Conventions, there were only a few delegates, and most
were held at Scout Camps. During the summer, we cannot get the hevily
discounted hotel rates we get during the normally dead haotel time between
Xmas and New Year's. Hotel's give us there good rates, because, otherwise,
they would be essentially empty.
