And one more issue if we moved to summer -- cost. We get a very good deal
because most convention hotels and facilities go unused between Christmas
and New Years. Summer is peak rates in most of the country. The cost per
hotel room night would at least triple, possibly more depending on the part
of the countyr (for example, summer convention rates in
Boston/NY/Philly/Baltimore/DC run in the $200/room night range). In
addition, our costs for function space are likely to be higher and we'd have
to raise registration rates.
