That's a good point too. But it did seem to be a problem doing the whole
opening on the 27th, with committe meetings right after it. Perhaps
starting on the 27th, a little earlier, might help a bit. I know it would
have made us committee people fell a little better (at least this one) if
we didn't have to go straigt through from opening to starting committees.
Maybe a break in between opening and starting committees (get some fresh
air, eat something edible, do stuff like that)

For some reason, I remmeber some idea about that, from now on, it would be
better if any sort of proposal by an alumni would have to be co-sponsored
by an active chapter. I actually didn't think there was that much
legislation this time around. It may cut down on proposals submitted, but
it also may increase the number of good ones which come through too, and
could also have more support going into the Convention.
