It was a great National Convention. My personal thanks to all the Active
Members Pledges, Petitioning Groups and Interest Groups --and Alumni at the
Convention that made it a success.....
The Convention Planning Committee
Volunteers in the Mirage Room Merchandise sales
Voting Delegates...especially at 3:00 a.m. amend the amendment to what???
Brothers who helped Brothers do everything
Those who sent food to the Voting Delegates...I have a bowl that (on the
inside bottom) says when empty send back for a refill....where do I send it!!!
Everyone who took hours and hours maintaining an information booth, or selling
raffle tickets, or holding the hand of a friend, or just adding cheer and good
will to our convention
The Reference Committees, dedicated, dedicated, dedicated
To Sgt-at-arms, floor services, the security team,
Those who stayed up all nite (Dec 29) in printing and publications,
Those who made sure our service projects were planned and to all those
attendees who participated... making it all happen
Our many workshop presentors
and to everyone there who ...when asked do this, or do that, you jumped at the
chance to add to the success of the National Convention.
A week at one of our National Conventions is a microcausm of what our
Fraternity is everyday throughout the Year.......It is Leadership, Friendship
and Service....this year it was snowballed all into one.....it was great,
marvelous, fantastic.....
As your National Executive Director I can only say I am really proud to be
just part of this really truly unique and wonderful Fraternity with so many
really dedicated, dedicated, dedicated Brothers.....
