The floor recessed at 2:30am (CST), it has been a long and frustrating
night for the delegates. I want to express my gratitude for their ability
to carry out their duty.
Region Realignment - There will be 11 Regions as the Region X split was
approved.
Gender - The National Convention overwhelmingly re-confirmed the current
practice of allowing Chaptes that have been active prior to 1976, that was
all-male to remain all-male. The report is long and I will not reproduce
it here, there are some other details too.
Advisors - The recuirement is noe four (4) advisors. Two (2) F/A, one (10
Scouting/YS, and one (1) Community.
Tommorrow will be NomComm and T&P.
These are just the highlights of some of the major stuff. Rats on Parade
begins at 3:15a, and I need to move on.
