Not all schools have a situation where fraternities have to own the house and
charge rent and keep a house mom. At the University of Dayton, we have a
student neighborhood full of houses and groups can get specialty houses.
There is one for LASA and Crew among others. The group needs to keep the
house by keeping it full. Other than that, it is a university house. We
could even get one that was divided in the middle and have men on one side and
women on the other.

I believe that our chapter would definitely be helped by a house. The main
reason that we would be helped is that the university does not provide most
organizations with office space. Having a house would give brothers a chance
to go somewhere that WAS APO. Fellowship is a problem that our chapter has
and this could be a step toward solving it. (Yes, we are doing other things
as well)

Just wanted to share.
