Korin-

This can be a very frustrating situation! Perhaps the best thing you can do
is consult some of those who are dropping out-- maybe they were unhappy with
some particular aspect of the program. Each chapter has it's own identity &
it is important to listen to members (& pledges) to see what they want out
of the group. Maybe they were overwhelmed with the commitment required
(i.e. many hours required of members) or wanted to see different projects
done in the community. It's hard to say why these things happen-- one
thing that I believe helps is getting pledges involved in the chapter early.
Perhaps having them chair a service project or fellowship event will help
them to feel connected to the chapter on a more personal level. These are
just a few ideas I have-- I am sure there are many more ideas out there!

Hope I was some help!
