I am announcing the creation of a new web ring for chapter home pages.
We'd love to have chapters link their page to the ring. The more the
merrier... The idea is for there to be a ring with only chapter pages on
it so that people can visit chapters on the web without having to trudge
through personal home pages at the same time.
