Congratulations to Justin Smith (currently a pledge at Zeta Mu, Catholic
University) on the presentation of his Eagle Scout award last night!!
Justin was awarded the 1998 Alpha Phi Omega Scholarship and, while he
may still yet be learning about our Fraternity, I want to take time out
to congratulate him for his accomplishment and hope that we will soon
have the opportunity to welcome him into the Brotherhood.
