I wanted to put my two cents in about frat houses also. Honestly it
would probably be the best thing for our chapter, due to it promoting
brotherhood (which we seriously lack). It also would provide a
permanent space for history. Here on our campus we aren't provided with
offices, our memorabilia gets placed in boxes and thrown in to closets.
This leads to such episodes as our losing all of out pledge and Alumni
material this year. This is just to point out some of the good things
that could come about if we were allowed to have a frat house.
Although, even if this did change within our By-Laws we still could not
have one due to our school's policy banning Fraternity Houses.
