Here are the answers to the poll I asked everyone about:

Remember the question was, which of these has remained UNCHANGED since the
founding OR the start of the tradition?

FYI, the Service Pin, Pledge Pin, and the Toast Song began well after the
Founding.

Handclasp - CHANGED at some point. Epsilon Mu (U of Maryland, my home
chapter) still uses the original handclasp as its "Chapter Handshake".
I'm willing to demonstarate this handclasp to any Initiated Brother who
meets me.

Fraternity Pin (Badge) - UNCHANGED to my knowledge. If anyone has
evidence to the contrary on this one, I'd like to know.

Service Pin - CHANGED. The original pin had 12 dots surrounding the S
(See p. 82 of the History Book). I have also seen old pins that were
smaller in size. Recently, the National Office began issuing pins with a
circle around the S. Apparently, this is how the pins looked at one point
in the past.

Pledge Pin - CHANGED. This has also changed in size as well as color.
I'm positive of this, but have no documentation to back myself up.

Fraternity Crest - CHANGED. The Torches and Fleur de Lis used to be
Trefoils. See p. 82 of the History Book.

Toast Song - CHANGED. Second Verse written by Robert Northwood (Epsilon
Mu) added at the 1964 Convention in Denver.

Induction Ritual (aka Pledge Ritual) - CHANGED periodically at
Conventions. I believe the last change was 1994.

Initiation Ritual (aka Activation) - CHANGED periodically at Conventions.
I believe the last change was 1996.

I have the total results (how many of you were right or wrong) on my hard
drive @ home. I'll post that later.
