Brothers,
Are not we loosing focus here? This is not about WHO put in
legislation, or if they were an ACTICE, ALUMNI, or even REGIONAL STAFF.
This is about what is best for the fraternity as a whole. If you want to
look at what the legislation accually says and comment, fine...But I do
not know what is gained by arguing on who submitted it.
