Problems with the house theory:

1. They are darn expensive to own and maintain.
2. Insurance is damn expensive too
3. Not all campuses have Fraternity Rows per se ... what do we do for those who
cannot have, buy an alternative house? Where does the funding come from?

4. If you want my opinion, try renting regular houses in an area, and then
doing good things for the block, like Clean-ups .. I think that would be truly
APO.
