Not just that, but if any APhiO chapter would ever be allowed to even
have a house, the chapter dues would skyrocket by almost 10-fold (at
least) per semester!!
I've seen some fraternities with houses (and not even that well kept)
with dues around $1,000 per semester,... personally, I think that is
way too high!!
