There is at least one other realignment: At the 1994(?) COnvention, the
part of Wisconsin moved from Region IX into Region VI was moved back.

The way I read 1978-5, it sounds like Saint Louis U. - Parks was in
Section 49, but in Region VI, is that an example of why 1978-8 was needed?

It does mean that if Regions IX & X had had a joint Regional that they
could have held it in Yellowstone.

Anyone have any idea what section Wyoming was in before it was moved to
Region VIII and section 30? (Or for that matter what Mississippi was in
before it was moved to VII and combined with LA?)

To me the most interesting numbers were how Region V has grown over the
last decade. I was there near the beginning of that when Section 63 had 4
charterings between May of '87 and April of '88.

Also, to respond to Rich's post, Region V today has 50 chapters split
among 6 sections. While it may make more sense in the future to split out
some part of it into a new Region (Sections 62,64 & 89(From RII) ?????),
at the current time what problems it has do not appear to be caused by
size.
