We have just completed a very successful Tri-Sectional Conference at
Oklahoma State University. We could not have done this without the
following people who generously gave their time to run workshops and/or
help out the Tri-Sectional Committee.

Brant Warrick, Section 33 Chair and Jennifer Churchill, President of the
Oklahoma Alumni Association for running two (!) workshops: What to do
as an Advisor and How to Work with Your Advisors

Susan Itterly, Region VIII Director for running the Risk Management
Workshop

Joyce Montgomery of the Oklahoma State University Volunteer Center for
conducting the Finding Contacts in the Community workshop.

Kevin Flinn, Section 34 Chair for conducting the Service to the Nation
workshop

Leslie Metcalf, President of Theta Sigma Chapter (OSU) for running the
How to Run a CPPC workshop.

Tenaye Moaning, Corresponding Secretary of Theta Sigma Chapter for
facilitating the Alumni Rap Session.

John Ottenad for conducting the What to do at Nationals workshop

Nancy Rogers of the Boy Scouts of America for conducting the How to
Interact with Youth workshop (special thanks here, Mrs. Rogers was a bit
under the weather, but came through for us)

Bill Kuhfal for conducting the Growing Pains workshop (special thanks to
Bill for just being one heck of a guy!)

C. Daniel Clark, Baylor U. Alumnus for facilitating the Rushing and
Pledging Rap Session.

Special thanks to Rebecca J. Hall for designing the conference T-shirt ,
to Chris Stockdale, Section 32 Chair for all of the advice and input he
gave to the planning committee, to David Carment, Service VP of Theta
Sigma for finding a service project that gave work to 80 people, and to
Kelli Priebe, Theta Sigma Historian who made 130 name tags for all
conference attendees.

Thank you to everyone who came. We hope you enjoyed the conference and
were able to glean some helpful knowledge. We'll see you all at
Henderson State University in 1999!

Just a slight note of nepotism: Special thanks to the Theta Sigma
Brothers for helping us make this conference a success!

In L, F, & S,

Nora Hobbie
