Epsilon Lambda has no service requirements for Actives and 40 hours for
Pledges in a 10 week term. As most Actives do at least this much, we
find that a real bind can develop between the Actives and the Pledges.
It really helps in a small, close knit university. We know that we can
count on each brother and we know each other's strength and weaknesses.
