I think the possibility of a lawsuit is a pretty compelling reason. It was
the motivating factor in '76, and I don't think we should wait until it
happens again. And there's that little clause in the by-laws that prevents
discrimination to think about as well.

Currently there is no distinction between undergrads and other students, yet
some chapters do not allow grad students to be active, perhaps that should
be addressed at a future convention.
