I like this question. I'm glad to see some Chapters have such a requirement
for Brothers, and I'm particularly pleased to see some require more hours
from Brothers than pledges. EZ currently "expects" 30 from pledges, but
none from Brothers. There has been some heated debate in the last few years
as to requiring Brothers to meet the same expectations as pledges, but it
hasn't gone through yet. For the most part, a large portion of the Active
Brothers exceeds the pledge requirement, but we do have those who claim
Active status and the right to vote yet almost never appear at projects.
