Just a thought expressed to me by my girlfirend:
If we go back on this agreement, regardless of the text of it or the
assumptions we made because of it, what will that bear for future
agreements? Will anyone who strikes a compromise with us for a chapter
policy shrink away because we bailed on one promise? Do we open
ourselves for a danger? As a result, forgetting who is right and who is
wrong ... is there a greater price to pay here than what we have thought
of?
