it again, I'm going to have something to say.)

Am I female? Yes.
Am I in favor of females being allowed to join APO? Yes. Of course.
Am I in favor of all-males being allowed to remain in APO? Yes.
Why? Because it's not "tradition". It's an *agreement*. We made a
promise. (For those that doubt the existence of this promise, think
about it this way: would the all-males have voted for the agreement,
and remained a part of APO to boot, without this promise? No.) A promise
is a promise, and we can't break it because it has now become
convenient to us, or even because we disagree with it. Whether or
not we actually disagree is a moot point. It's the facts. You need
to wake up and face the facts.

I am standing up for my rights. That is why I disagree with you; that
is why I am replying to this line, which I found exceptionally
offensive. I do not feel "let boys be boys"; I do not agree with what
Clinton did. Clinton is not the only perjurer, murderer, sinner, or
general scoundrel on the brotherhood rolls - far from. Clinton has not
committed a crime *against the fraternity*. I do not "still lie(s)
back and enjoy it". As a "sister", I find this extremely, extremely
offensive, and feel that it sets the sisterhood you speak of back
eons. I know what NO means, and resent the accusation otherwise. I am
standing up for my right not to be insulted in this fashion - that is
why I am writing this letter.
Rights are not something to be granted to only women; rights are a
privilege of us all, men or women, black or white. I *am* standing up
for my rights, but I am also standing up for the rights of all others
as well.
