I thought that advisors had to be re-appointed, or re-elected if you will,
from time to time, like every year or every two years. If that were the
case, then a power-hungry advisor like that couldn't exist.
So is there some sort of national policy on re-appointing advisors? I have
no idea personally if there is, so if someone could help out......
