I rebuilt the vldb using milq as a db server and then copied the new vldb over
the old ones to get rid of the opus references.
the old RT is powered up as opus with AFSSRV set to false. I kdestroyed
/etc/athena/srvtab, /usr/afs/etc/srvtab, /usr/afs/etc/KeyFile, and
/usr/afs/etc/License. It still has it's passwd file.
Chad is trying to rebuild the server.partion volumes now.
After it is decided that teh RT harware is no longer needed we should extricate
it from the rest of the servers. so we can give it to Jerry.
