I created project.tcpdump, 5 meg quota, on rosebud:/vicepb, and
mounted it in /afs/{.,}sipb/project/tcpdump.
tcpdump is netwatch-like program, only it is much much better than
either Athena's netwatch or SunOS's etherfind. The volume also
includes BPF, Van Jacobson's whiz-bang packet filter code. It
requires kernel mods to use, however.
