Weird bug in AFS (was Synctree Errors)

This is a weird bug in AFS:
There was *no file named xscreensaver* in /afs/.athena/contrib/sipb/rsaixbin
when I attempted this copy. Attempting to copy a file to any name other
than xscreensaver in that directory succeeded but copying to the name
"xscreensaver" failed. Notice that a rename (mv) worked, however. I
have not been able to repeat this since the successful rename.
