It's more of a problem when space on the partition consists entirely
of AFS volumes, as happened back in mid-July. We now have non-AFS
files on rosebud:/vicep{a,b}, as a workaround for this.
As usual, everyone with access to large-quota volumes should be
careful not to use up all available space on a partition. There are
home directories (i.e., *real* home directories listed by hesinfo) for
ordinary users on all 7 partitions; these are likely the people who
would lose biggest if this happens.
